0001583: "0.5" -> "0,5"

Description

Меню-"Вид"-"Градусная сетка".

В выражениях "0.5", "0.25" и "0.125" заменить десятичную точку на десятичную запятую, как это требуется по ГОСТу. Т.е. сделать так: "0,5", "0,25" и "0,125".

И тоже самое во вкладке "Управление" в "Настройках" (там, где задаются хоткеи).
