0001108: Переименовать чекбокс на вкладке Generate

Description

Сейчас: Use tiles from current level if upper tiles not exist
Переименовать: Use tile from lower zoom if tile not available

Additional Information

Только что узнал, для чего эта галочка :)

В русском варианте желательно избавиться от выражения "вышележащие слои", т.к. это непонятно.
